Dear Jim:

Thanks so much for all of your excellent work on the Hadwen House roof and very special thanks from all of us at the Nantucket Historical Association for your donation of $1440 in labor costs to the project. You really did a remarkable job completing the project given the difficult weather conditions throughout.

I especially appreciate the care you took in examining the adjacent conditions and the report you sent on work that needs to be done. I'll discuss your recommendations with Rick as soon as he returns and see if we can't move right into completing this work at Hadwen.

Again, thank you for your thoughtful report. I look forward to seeing the photos and the aerial video. If you can provide copies for our records we will happily acknowledge them as an additional donation to the organization.
